Fifteen years ago, Drew Jongebloed and Rob Sharp combined their extensive corporate agency and production experience to establish YBI. Since then, the agency has evolved into a dynamic force in the industry.

Today, YBI boasts a talented team of 10 staff members in Australia, along with 2 full-time offshore production staff. YBI also partners with media and supplier resources to provide clients with innovative and creative solutions that are beyond the wheelhouse of a conventional advertising agency.
